Base Salary

$144k - $205k/yr

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client requirements and present tailored technical solutions.
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
Assess current network environments and design customized SD-WAN solutions.
Assist in developing proposals and RFP responses with detailed technical input.
Act as a technical resource for existing clients to optimize SD-WAN performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted technical advisor.
Work with cross-functional teams to communicate client feedback and advocate for feature requests.
Stay current on SD-WAN technology trends and industry best practices.

3-5 years in a technical sales, sales engineering, or network engineering role, with 1-2 years focused on SD-WAN solutions.
Strong understanding of SD-WAN platforms like Cisco Viptela and VMware SD-WAN.
Knowledge of DEM, APM, or NPM sectors.
Familiarity with Endpoint OS including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Solid knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP and routing protocols.
Proficiency with network monitoring tools and familiarity with VPNs and firewalls.
Ability to translate technical features into business benefits with strong presentation skills.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
