Responsibilities
- Build responsive, maintainable full-stack web applications using Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Develop backend services using Node.js and/or Java Spring Boot.
- Design, consume and integrate REST APIs for full-stack application workflows.
- Own feature development across frontend, backend, testing and deployment support.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, debugging, testing and documentation.
- Apply clean-code practices, reusable components, design patterns and frontend/backend architecture principles.
- Build performant, scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with technical standards.
- Work with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure and support CI/CD pipelines.
- Write unit tests and support code-quality practices using tools such as SonarQube.
- Follow secure coding practices and support remediation of SAST, DAST, OSS scan and vulnerability findings.
- Collaborate with product, QA, architecture, platform and business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience, ideally 6 to 9 years.
- Strong hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Hands-on backend development experience with Node.js and/or Java Spring Boot.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs and backend services.
- Experience owning features across frontend and backend/API layers.
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cline, Open Code or Claude Code.
- Understanding of design patterns, frontend/backend architecture, clean code and reusable component development.
- Experience building performant, scalable and maintainable applications.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, modern DevOps practices, unit testing, code reviews and code-quality tools.
- Awareness of secure coding practices, SAST, DAST, OSS scans and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Python knowledge for automation, scripting or data-related use cases is nice to have.
