Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for Intune across web UI, Android/iOS mobile devices, and Windows devices.
- Perform functional, regression, compatibility, UX, and end-to-end testing across multiple platforms and operating system versions.
- Configure and validate device enrollment, compliance, and policy scenarios.
- Troubleshoot test failures using logs, UI traces, and system configurations, and drive defect resolution with developers and subject-matter experts.
- Contribute to build verification tests and sprint sign-off validations.
- Improve test data generation, environment setup, automation stability, coverage, and unattended execution pipelines.
- Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD-based test execution and provide reporting through Power BI and ADO Reports.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of SDET or test automation experience.
- Strong scripting or coding skills in TypeScript and C#, with additional experience in JavaScript or Python.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright; Selenium or Appium experience is also relevant.
- Working knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience validating Enterprise Mobility Management or similar device workflows.
- Understanding of Azure Active Directory, policy deployment, enrollment flows, and identity and security models.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Git for CI/CD and version control.
- Preferred experience with Graph API, backend validation, and service-level testing.
- Preferred knowledge of PowerShell, ADB tools, Xcode tools, Wireshark, CMSherlock, Geneva Synthetics, Intune, Endpoint Security, MDM/EMM, UEM solutions, and LLM/Copilot-assisted automation.
