Base Salary
$145k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement display driver stacks for current and future products.
- Develop and refine display software stacks to comply with display standards and specifications.
- Research and champion new features and technologies for deployment in gaming consoles.
- Debug display protocol issues and work with compositors and image composition pipelines as applicable.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- Understanding of HDMI, DSI, DisplayPort, and EDID display standards and specifications.
- Experience developing device drivers for SoCs.
- Experience developing multithreaded software.
- Proficiency with fundamental computer science data structures and algorithms in C/C++.
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- Preferred: knowledge of compositors and image composition pipelines.
- Preferred: experience debugging display protocol issues.
- Preferred: knowledge of HDR and VRR display technologies.
