Base Salary
$200k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the models inside Kepler's AI research platform.
- Fine-tune models for high-volume extraction tasks.
- Build evaluation harnesses to score agent research runs.
- Redesign model routing across workflows for optimal performance.
- Identify and address failure modes in existing workflows.
- Take ownership of functional areas as the platform scales.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production software.
- Experience shipping ML systems to production.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, with a focus on evaluation and measurement.
- Familiarity with Rust is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team.
