Responsibilities

  • Learn the codebase and contribute to the software development team.
  • Resolve bugs and implement basic features that reach production.
  • Progress to developing more complex software features as skills develop.
  • Take ownership of projects and collaborate with teammates.

Requirements

  • Be a student working toward a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate strength in object-oriented programming using languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, or Python.
  • Be accountable, take ownership of projects, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.

Benefits

  • Hourly compensation of $23.33–$35.18 CDN per hour, determined by academic progression and completed official work terms.
