Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Axway sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Deliver solution workshops, product demonstrations, technical education, and proof-of-concepts.
- Develop technical content for RFI and RFP responses.
- Support technical escalations, design solutions, answer technical questions, and help progress and close sales cycles.
- Develop customer relationships and maintain an understanding of clients’ industries, trends, and business processes.
- Guide customers through B2B software and enterprise integration journeys.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience as a software engineer, pre-sales professional, or technical consultant, preferably with enterprise integration software companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- Strong relationship-building, organizational, communication, collaboration, consulting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand business problems, articulate solutions based on Axway software, build value propositions, and lead discussions with product managers, engineers, and executives.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing trends and competitive technologies.
- Preferred experience with integration platforms, Java, JavaScript, or scripting.
- Preferred experience with Docker, containers, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on familiarity with message queues, synchronous and asynchronous communications, events, transaction protocols, OAuth, SAML, LDAP, SSO, and enterprise security standards.
- Experience with the software development life cycle and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Fluent English is mandatory; French is a strong plus, while German or Dutch is a nice to have.
