Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures connecting Parloa’s AI agent platform with enterprise systems.
- Build and configure integrations across CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, contact center platforms, and APIs.
- Solve complex multi-system data flows, including data transformation and field mapping.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, customers, partners, Product, Solution Engineering, and Sales on deployment blockers and custom integrations.
- Scope AI agent deployments and provide strategic architecture guidance and execution support.
- Apply structured testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance.
- Translate customer requirements and workflows into LLM prompts, conversational flows, and structured agent behaviors.
- Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output using SSML, lexicons, and regex.
- Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles involving solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration.
- Strong systems thinking and experience solving complex technical problems across multiple systems and data sources.
- Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale, including CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, or ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools such as Postman, and authentication patterns including OAuth, API keys, and JWT.
- Experience reading enterprise SaaS API documentation and applying data transformation and field-mapping logic.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, risk-assessment, project-management, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into LLM prompts and conversational flows and use A/B testing to assess agent performance.
- Prior conversation design, prompt engineering, chain-of-thought, few-shot learning, or A/B testing experience is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
