Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI Agent deployments.
- Build and configure integrations using integration platforms and APIs.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integration scenarios.
- Apply structured testing approaches to validate architecture and AI agent performance.
- Identify and resolve blockers with other departments and customers.
- Scope AI Agent deployments and provide strategic architecture advice.
- Analyze customer requirements and design prompts for agent behavior.
- Translate customer workflows into structured conversational components.
- Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output to align with brand standards.
- Document best practices and product capabilities for various audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles.
- Proven expertise in solution architecture and enterprise integration.
- Strong systems thinking with a track record of solving complex technical problems.
- Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale.
- Proficiency in REST API design and API testing tools.
- Analytical and critical thinker with expertise in risk assessment.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and results orientation.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into LLM prompts.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
