Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Service Issue-to-Resolution processes.
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and own end-to-end technical implementation.
Extend service order and confirmation functionality using BAdIs, the SAP Enhancement Framework, RAP, and BOPF.
Own and document the technical architecture, data models, process flows, user interfaces, and integration touchpoints.
Build CDS Views, OData Services, Fiori, and Fiori Elements applications.
Use ABAP on HANA, AMDP, and code pushdown techniques to improve performance and scalability.
Implement BRF+ decision, action, determination, and categorization logic for service request resolution.
Integrate SAP S/4HANA Service with Salesforce, enterprise platforms, and adjacent SAP modules.
Deliver upgrade-safe, clean-core-compliant enhancements using released APIs, BAdIs, and side-by-side extensions.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and perform resolution activities.
Collaborate with business process owners, functional consultants, and end users across the service value chain.
Conduct code and technical design reviews and maintain technical specifications, solution designs, documentation, and knowledge articles.
Share SAP technical expertise and best practices within the SAP Center of Excellence and development community.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
6-8 years of hands-on techno-functional experience in SAP CRM Service and SAP S/4HANA Service Issue-to-Resolution processes.
Strong experience implementing and enhancing SAP Service solutions and understanding their technical architecture.
Expertise in ABAP Objects, Enhancement Framework, BAdIs, RAP, and BOPF in customer service and service management environments.
Experience developing CDS Views, OData Services, Fiori applications, and Fiori Elements applications.
Hands-on experience with ABAP on HANA, AMDP, code pushdown techniques, and modern SAP development practices.
Working knowledge of BRF+ and service-related action, determination, and categorization profiles.
At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Service implementation and multiple enhancement or support projects.
Knowledge of SAP integration technologies including OData, IDocs, BAPIs, and SAP Integration Suite.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
Ability to use AI and digital tools responsibly to improve problem-solving, decision-making, and productivity.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
A master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Full-time position located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
The role is not remote.
