Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of global media processing and delivery infrastructure.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify product opportunities for media consumption.
- Build and optimize backend services for video/audio ingestion and transcoding.
- Collaborate with ML/AI teams to support media recommendation and content understanding.
- Establish engineering best practices and define SLOs/SLAs for media operations.
- Guide and empower multiple engineering teams, translating product requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools for prototyping and system design.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record as a Technical Lead or Staff Engineer.
- Expertise in designing and operating large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional engineering initiatives.
