Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-native product features end-to-end.
- Design and implement backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, and product teams.
- Own systems from design through implementation and monitoring.
- Turn ambiguous goals into concrete scopes and milestones.
- Move quickly while maintaining high reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Experience building production systems (backend or full-stack).
- Strong fundamentals in APIs, distributed systems, and system reliability.
- Comfort working across multiple domains (engineering, product, data, UX).
- Track record of owning problems end-to-end.
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
