Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support team members to promote professional growth and technical excellence.
- Design and implement SAP financial modules and integrate SAP FI/CO Finance with other business processes and systems.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform performance tuning, optimization, and code reviews for SAP financial applications.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP FI/CO Finance is stated in the additional information.
- Proficiency in SAP FI/CO Finance is required.
- Must have skills include SAP BRIM Contract Accounting FI-CA.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing financial modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience integrating SAP FI/CO Finance with other business processes and systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of SAP financial applications.
- Skill in code review practices and maintaining high standards of software quality.
- Deep subject-matter expertise, influencing and advisory skills, and the ability to make decisions across multiple teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
