Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable AI pipelines and deployment infrastructure.
- Deploy AI models and solutions into production environments and monitor their stability and performance.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.
- Optimize deployment processes to reduce latency and improve scalability.
- Implement version control and model management practices.
- Ensure deployed AI systems meet security, compliance, and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance for AI deployment issues.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, leadership, and internal and external stakeholders to productionize and commercialize AI solutions.
Requirements
- Advanced degree from a top-tier technical institute in a relevant discipline.
- 4–10 years of experience, including several recent years working in Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud using serverless architecture.
- Proficiency with Azure Machine Learning, Amazon SageMaker, or Google Cloud AI.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MySQL, MongoDB, Azure DevOps, and Spark.
- Ability to develop and integrate APIs and experience with RESTful services.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile product-development methodologies.
- Knowledge of and potentially hands-on experience with LLMs and foundation models from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and others.
- Hands-on coding experience in Python.
- Live deployment experience, global cross-geography collaboration, strong English communication, and an entrepreneurial, detail-oriented approach are preferred or advantageous.
