Base Salary
$65k - $75k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Cvent registration websites, templates, and mobile apps.
- Use HTML and meeting technology tools to create invitations, confirmations, and polished event experiences.
- Configure registration paths, room blocks, activities, thresholds, and reporting requirements.
- Thoroughly test digital builds before launch and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with internal planning teams and clients on event goals, timelines, and data capture needs.
- Identify template improvements and process enhancements while managing multiple deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Cvent experience.
- Familiarity with other meeting management tools and evolving event technology platforms.
- Strong knowledge of mobile app building and familiarity with HTML.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to work accurately, solve problems, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain brand consistency.
