Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for full-stack enterprise applications integrating AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Develop and enhance scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns.
- Use AgentAI tools and LLM-based copilots for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Incorporate AI services such as RAG-based retrieval and conversational APIs into enterprise systems.
- Optimize API design, data flows, and user interfaces for AI-assisted features.
- Collaborate with traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads to drive AI-assisted development adoption.
- Maintain architectural integrity, scalability, reliability, security, performance, and responsible AI guardrails.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong enterprise engineering foundation, including SDLC and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of AI concepts such as RAG and LLM limitations.
- Experience with at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Front-end experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Understanding of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native skills, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to integrate AI services and improve development productivity without training models or designing ML architectures.
- 15 years of full-time education.
