Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, maintain, and update applications supporting business processes and application requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional teams and translate them into SAP HCM Time Management solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM Time Management modules and troubleshoot related process issues.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide junior team members on project requirements and technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management configuration and customization.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical SAP solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving time-management issues in SAP environments.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP HCM Time Management, other SAP modules, and external systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
