Responsibilities
- Build and improve LoRA and full fine-tuning workflows for LLMs.
- Own dataset ingestion, transformation, and validation pipelines.
- Run fine-tuning jobs on GPU infrastructure.
- Debug CUDA and GPU training workloads.
- Work within configuration and logging contracts shared with other platform teams.
Requirements
- Strong Python experience.
- Hands-on PyTorch experience.
- Experience with LoRA or full fine-tuning of LLMs.
- Comfort debugging CUDA/GPU training workloads.
- Experience building data ingestion and validation pipelines.
- Experience with vLLM or LLM inference serving is preferred.
- Azure, Blob Storage, and Snowflake experience is preferred.
- Basic Kubernetes familiarity is preferred.
