Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Develop cloud architecture strategies aligned with business and technical objectives.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Monitor cloud systems for performance, availability, and security.
- Manage cloud costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and maintain architecture documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or four years of experience in lieu of the degree.
- 18+ years of related experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust requiring U.S. Citizenship.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts including VPC, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices.
- Knowledge of database services including RDS, DynamoDB, or Cloud SQL.
