Responsibilities
- Implement and customize ServiceNow solutions, including system configuration and client- and server-side feature development.
- Prepare technical specifications and provide technical consulting related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Support testing, rollout, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Follow implementation standards and technical best practices and stay current with ServiceNow releases.
Requirements
- At least two years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM is a plus.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
