Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for new clients requiring custom delivery solutions.
- Analyze client downstream system requirements to draft comprehensive Functional & Technical Specification files.
- Navigate complex data mapping requirements.
- Manage secure connectivity across diverse IT infrastructures.
- Lead a technical team to deliver bespoke integration solutions in the client-required format and under tight deadlines.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups to track progress, remove blockers, and ensure alignment with the delivery roadmap.
- Perform Internal QA on custom templates to ensure 100% accuracy against the signed-off specifications.
- Act as the first line of defense for production issues, performing initial triage and investigation of reported bugs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, integration engineering, or technical project management.
- Ability to translate complex downstream system requirements into comprehensive specifications.
- Familiarity with secure connectivity across diverse IT infrastructures, including APIs, SFTP, SharePoint, and Cloud Storage.
- Experience leading a specialized technical team to deliver integration solutions.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence for managing the development lifecycle.
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to quality assurance.
