Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction of Investments Platforms.
- Lead the migration off legacy Invest systems.
- Work on a disruptive investments architecture.
- Drive AI usage in a high-impact domain.
- Collaborate across the platform ecosystem.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years on large-scale platforms.
- Proven track record building extensible, multi-tenant business platforms.
- Experience leading strategic migrations from legacy to new architectures.
- Strong foundation in distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Demonstrated platform engineering leadership at scale.
- Comfortable working as a horizontal leader across stakeholders.
- Deep experience mentoring and multiplying senior engineers.
- Hands-on experience with investments platforms and knowledge of Brazilian capital markets.
- Prior work on other platforms that shows ability to design high-abstraction systems.
- Fluency in AI applications within engineering practices.
- Fluency in Portuguese; English is a plus.
- Resilience and ownership mindset in high-stakes scenarios.
