Responsibilities
- Lead architecture across multiple PJ squads, defining reference architectures.
- Act as a cross-team technical leader, influencing system design for business customers.
- Stay hands-on in the code, pairing with engineers and solving complex problems.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical direction with business strategy.
- Help teams design reliable and maintainable systems for critical business workflows.
- Mentor senior engineers to enhance their architectural leadership.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Staff-level engineer (IC7 or equivalent).
- Experience designing and evolving complex backend systems across multiple squads.
- Proven ability to act as a cross-team technical leader.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills with senior product and business leaders.
- A hands-on mindset, engaging in technical work regularly.
- Based in Brazil with full professional fluency in Portuguese.
