Responsibilities
- Architect the DXP Studio pipeline for Figma to BDC code generation.
- Lead AI agent integration and orchestration within DXP.
- Own the DXP Dictionary and knowledge architecture.
- Drive cross-platform integration with existing Nubank systems.
- Establish quality-at-generation-time for produced experiences.
- Set technical strategy and roadmap for DXP.
- Mentor engineers and promote AI-augmented development practices.
Requirements
- Genuine obsession with AI tools and workflows.
- Strong software architecture skills for multi-component systems.
- Deep understanding of design-to-code pipelines and design systems.
- Practical experience with AI/LLM integration in software products.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for translating architectural decisions.
- Product-minded mindset balancing technical excellence with delivery.
- Experience with Nubank’s stack or similar patterns.
