Base Salary
$150k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical authority within the Loyalty & Virality tribe.
- Define and drive the technical strategy for the referral and virality platform.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the architecture, design, development, deployment, and operations of microservices.
- Champion the adoption of AI and machine learning across the tribe.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams.
- Communicate effectively across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- Strong experience with microservice architecture and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies.
- Proficiency with relational and document databases.
- AI proficiency and advocacy with hands-on familiarity with AI technologies.
- Proficiency or hands-on production experience in Golang or Python.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse teams.
