Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to launch new products and features.
- Independently manage mid-sized customers and partners.
- Serve as a functional and technical specialist to meet business objectives.
- Drive the design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions.
- Break down project objectives into manageable tasks and guide execution.
- Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, including training and launch support.
- Guide customers and partners to achieve maximum benefits from implementations.
- Travel to customer and partner locations as needed (20-30%).
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven IT/software experience.
- Experience in software solutions and delivery with major global organizations.
- Ability to enable real-world global use cases with innovative thinking.
- Strong understanding of network principles and financial services networks.
- Full understanding of market dynamics and technological advancements.
- Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills.
- Experience driving customer/partner software integration engagements.
- Proactive leadership skills to generate energy and momentum.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues at various levels.
- Hands-on experience with software development, ideally writing production code.
