Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents for the testing lifecycle.
- Build systems that adapt test coverage based on code changes.
- Identify and solve bottlenecks in testing and CI/CD workflows.
- Integrate AI capabilities into development environments.
- Develop end-to-end systems and tools for the AI quality platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into workflows.
- Mentor team members on applying AI in engineering systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience in high-scale environments.
- Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM-based systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in both client and server-side systems.
- Understanding of distributed systems and large-scale software architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
