Responsibilities
- Build AI agents, infrastructure, and systems that increase Product Support capacity and reduce manual effort.
- Develop end-to-end solutions including tool frontends, service backends, MCP servers, AI agent integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS infrastructure.
- Build and operate production infrastructure on AWS through provisioning, deployment, infrastructure as code, and operations.
- Develop automations, integrations, and services in TypeScript or a related language.
- Apply LLMs, AI agents, and RAG patterns to real Product Support operations.
- Consume, debug, and integrate APIs and connect agents with tools, data, and services.
- Translate recurring support problems into structured insights for Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Exact or Applied Sciences, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Daily development experience in TypeScript or a related language with a solid software engineering foundation.
- Experience building and operating production infrastructure on AWS, including infrastructure as code, provisioning, deployment, and operations.
- Experience applying artificial intelligence in practical contexts, including LLMs and AI agents, with familiarity with RAG patterns.
- Experience or strong interest in MCP servers.
- Familiarity with consuming, debugging, and integrating APIs using tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or similar.
- Fluent Portuguese and proficient English.
- Analytical and systemic problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical complexity clearly.
