Responsibilities
- Build AI agents and infrastructure to enhance Product Support capabilities.
- Develop end-to-end solutions including tool frontends and service backends.
- Create CI/CD pipelines and manage AWS infrastructure.
- Translate operational patterns into insights for Product and Engineering teams.
- Automate processes to reduce manual effort and increase resolution speed.
Requirements
- Experience in building and operating infrastructure on AWS.
- Proficient in TypeScript or a related programming language.
- Experience applying Artificial Intelligence in practical contexts.
- Familiarity with MCP servers for connecting agents to tools and services.
- Knowledge of API ecosystems and integration tools like Postman.
- Degree in Exact or Applied Sciences (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
- Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
