Responsibilities
- Analyze business and system requirements and identify interactions and interfaces between impacted systems and components.
- Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Lead and coordinate assigned development projects, including task allocation, progress tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, Integration Hub, and orchestration solutions.
- Recommend and implement best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to improve platform capabilities and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform administration.
- Strong experience developing with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Service Portal development.
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, Integration Hub, and related technologies.
- Proficiency with Service Portal, UI Builder, Configurable Workspace, Now Experience Framework, Flow Designer, and Automated Test Framework.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow GRC/IRM, or ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, custom scoped applications, enterprise-scale implementations, technical leadership, mentoring, software testing, validation practices, or project management methodologies is preferred.
