Base Salary
$137k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze cloud computing and data platform industry trends and translate them into actionable capabilities.
- Design and engineer reusable target-state cloud data platform architectures and define transformation strategies and roadmaps.
- Provide architectural guidance for batch, streaming, real-time, near real-time integration and ELT, analytics data structuring, cloud migrations, and AI support.
- Collaborate with internal customers to identify platform and technical needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Evaluate new technologies, define evaluation criteria, provide technical recommendations, and build cloud platforms and infrastructure for proofs of concept.
- Incorporate DevOps and DataOps practices to increase automation and drive adoption through technical road shows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in cloud computing, data delivery applications, analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience providing architectural guidance and technical direction to developers or platform administrators.
- At least 2 years of experience or equivalent training/certification designing and implementing solutions in AWS and GCP services.
- Experience building applications or platforms using Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-analysis, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with data integration tools such as Informatica or Talend and data platforms such as Oracle, Snowflake, S3, or RDS, or with data management areas including cataloging, lineage, quality, and MDM.

- Annualized base pay range of $137,200-$205,800, with potential additional bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
