Base Salary
$165k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale a new Content Delivery Network (CDN) for Starlink.
- Build robust, responsive, and scalable distributed systems.
- Create tools for real-time diagnostics and maintenance of complex systems.
- Design algorithms for optimizing hardware utilization and cost efficiency.
- Implement systems for traffic management across multiple CDNs.
- Lead architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Develop prototypes and manage experiments for future design concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related STEM field, or 7+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience in C, C++, or Rust programming languages.
- 3+ years of experience in distributed systems or CDN system design and scaling.
