Responsibilities
- Automate operational processes using PowerShell, Python, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
- Support and troubleshoot cloud environments for CSP customers.
- Monitor Azure, Microsoft 365, and CSP environments, respond to incidents, and ensure system stability.
- Maintain and improve internal cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Participate in architecture design and selection of appropriate Azure services.
- Design, develop, and deploy applications and services in Microsoft Azure.
- Conduct R&D activities within Microsoft Fabric and explore new cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, data, project management, business stakeholders).
- Maintain project and technical documentation using Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Ops / DevOps role.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Storage).
- Strong experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting CSP customer environments.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of DevOps best practices in cloud environments.
- Experience with monitoring and incident response.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Azure Container Instances); Kubernetes is a plus.
- English level sufficient for technical documentation and team communication.
