Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python FastAPI.
- Integrate and deploy generative AI models, including OpenAI and Hugging Face models, into production environments.
- Fine-tune and optimize large language models for specific use cases.
- Build secure, scalable, high-performance microservices.
- Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
Requirements
- At least four years of backend development experience using Java Spring Boot or Python.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with generative AI APIs or open-source models.
- Experience with LangChain, LLM orchestration, or RAG pipelines.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, embedding models, or vector databases.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- A four-year bachelor’s degree is required.
- Preferred qualifications include exposure to multimodal AI systems, agentic AI frameworks, MLOps, model deployment workflows, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Azure, AWS, GCP, React, or Angular.
