Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom Salesforce software components and applications.
- Develop scalable solutions using Salesforce declarative and programmatic features.
- Use Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components in Salesforce development.
- Troubleshoot and improve Salesforce application performance and reliability.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical decisions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to support project alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Development, including Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and integration capabilities.
- Ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration processes.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
