Responsibilities
- Maintain the existing codebase, fix defects, and refactor systems to improve functionality and performance.
- Implement new modules and review requirements with constructive feedback.
- Share technical expertise with peers and coach junior team members.
- Evaluate new technologies and open-source solutions against business and technical goals.
- Produce clear and accurate technical documentation.
- Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and drive changes with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant full-stack software development expertise is required to maintain, enhance, and extend the existing system.
- Ability to provide technical feedback, documentation, technology evaluation, and process improvement recommendations.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
