Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Own features throughout the lifecycle from design and implementation through testing and production release.
- Contribute to application architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend Engineering teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and application stability issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Strong hands-on Android application development experience using Kotlin and Java.
- Deep understanding of the Android SDK and modern Android development frameworks.
- Proficiency with Jetpack components including ViewModel, Room, LiveData, and Navigation.
- Solid experience implementing MVVM and Clean Architecture principles.
- Knowledge of application security, secure coding practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with unit testing, code quality tools, and CI/CD practices is preferred.
- Enterprise-grade or large-scale mobile application experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative development environments is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
