Base Salary
$165k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy distributed machine learning systems and large-scale software solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to influence strategy and define the product road map.
- Drive system architecture and establish engineering best practices for a high-quality product.
- Build AWS Quick services using machine learning, LLM, and agent technologies.
- Contribute across the software development life cycle, including coding, reviews, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Coach and develop junior engineers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with software design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- Experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
- A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or at least 3 years of experience building production software.
- Preferred: experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and existing systems.
- Preferred: experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
