Base Salary
$75k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advocate for assigned enterprise customers.
- Help customers overcome implementation and product-use challenges and maximize platform adoption.
- Lead architectural design sessions for current and future software deployments.
- Perform remote or onsite platform integration engagements and customer training sessions.
- Handle escalated and sensitive technical support cases and lead customer conference calls.
- Manage account activities and coordinate internal and external support efforts.
- Create technical documentation supporting customer deployments and expansion.
- Partner with Support, Customer Success, and Sales teams to maintain account stability, growth, and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in a related technical field such as technical software support, pre-sales engineering, or technical account management.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and understanding of Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience testing and performing updates to live production environments.
- Working knowledge of current software protocols and Internet standards.
- Competence with testing, logging, and troubleshooting tools and procedures.
- Knowledge of an Enterprise Content Management system.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, presentation, stakeholder management, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
- Cloud-related certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, or Google Cloud Platform credentials are preferred.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and familiarity with REST API development are preferred.
