Responsibilities
- Design and implement user-facing risk reporting and visualization capabilities for enterprise risk data.
- Build high-performance React and AgGrid interfaces supporting drilldowns, pivots, filtering, and navigation across large datasets.
- Develop .NET backend services that provide access to OpenSearch and support aggregation and query orchestration.
- Implement OpenSearch querying, indexing, and consumption patterns for fast retrieval and fuzzy filtering.
- Enforce engineering standards, testing practices, and CI/CD adoption for maintainable and reliable solutions.
- Own performance and usability outcomes across frontend, backend, and OpenSearch interactions.
- Collaborate with the CRR Development Lead and Senior Business Analyst on architecture and business risk requirements.
- Lead, coach, and mentor junior full-stack developers while improving team practices and technical approaches.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with the role typically reflecting 5+ years delivering full-stack applications in data-intensive or analytics-driven environments.
- Strong experience developing backend services using .NET.
- Strong experience building frontend applications using React.
- Hands-on experience with AgGrid for large, data-intensive reporting views.
- Exposure to cloud-native deployment models and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience delivering user-facing reporting or analytics solutions and guiding or mentoring other engineers.
- Experience with risk, finance, or trading reporting platforms is preferred.
- Experience consuming and querying OpenSearch for fast, flexible reporting and fuzzy filtering is preferred.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL-backed data solutions is preferred.
- Experience coaching or mentoring engineers in a delivery-focused environment is preferred.
