Base Salary
$170k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create blog posts, written tutorials, walkthroughs, live-coding sessions, and other long- and short-form technical videos about building AI agents on Cresta.
- Build and maintain sample applications, code snippets, and reference integrations demonstrating platform best practices.
- Plan and deliver virtual and in-person workshops that guide developers and partners from initial setup to a working agent.
- Represent Cresta at conferences, meetups, and partner events through talks, demonstrations, and attendee engagement.
- Collect developer and partner feedback and route clear, actionable findings to Product and Engineering.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align messaging and documentation with platform capabilities.
- Improve developer onboarding and the first-build experience through getting-started guides and sandboxes.
- Stay hands-on with AI agent building and testing, including prompt engineering, tool and function calling, RAG, and evaluation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer, ML engineer, or developer advocate.
- Hands-on experience building and testing AI agents using LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, function calling, and RAG.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Golang/TypeScript, with the ability to write and read integration code involving APIs, webhooks, and CRMs.
- A track record of technical blog posts, tutorials, or videos used by other engineers.
- Public speaking or workshop facilitation experience at meetups, conferences, or customer or partner events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining enterprise-grade technical concepts to developers.
- Ability to work effectively in an enterprise environment with complex platforms, rigorous testing, and partner requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment and adapt as the Developer Relations function matures.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects is a plus.
- Being based in the Bay Area is a plus.
