Base Salary
$170k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create blog posts, written tutorials, walkthroughs, live coding sessions, and demo videos that teach developers to build AI agents on Cresta.
- Build and maintain sample applications, code snippets, and reference integrations demonstrating platform best practices, including in open-source repositories where appropriate.
- Plan and lead virtual and in-person workshops for developers and partners.
- Represent Cresta at conferences, meetups, and partner events through talks, demos, and attendee engagement.
- Collect developer and partner feedback about platform and developer-experience issues and communicate actionable findings to Product and Engineering.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align messaging and documentation with actual platform capabilities.
- Improve developer onboarding and the first-build experience through getting-started guides and sandboxes.
- Stay hands-on with AI agent building and testing, including prompt engineering, tool or function calling, RAG, and evaluation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer, ML engineer, or developer advocate.
- Hands-on experience building and testing AI agents using LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, function calling, and RAG.
- Working proficiency in Python and/or Golang/TypeScript, with the ability to write and understand integration code involving APIs, webhooks, and CRMs.
- A track record of developer content, including blog posts, tutorials, or videos used by other engineers.
- Experience with public speaking or facilitating workshops at meetups, conferences, or customer or partner events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining enterprise-grade technical concepts to developers.
- Ability to work in an enterprise context involving platform complexity, rigorous testing, and partner requirements.
- Ability to work in a startup environment, move quickly, wear multiple hats, and adapt as the Developer Relations function matures.
- Open-source project contribution or maintenance experience is preferred.
- Being based in the Bay Area is preferred.
