Base Salary
$150k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding, implementation, integration, and launch activities.
- Integrate Stuut with NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, other ERP systems, and workflow platforms.
- Write scripts, build automations, and develop custom production-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in deployment workflows.
- Provide customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
- Create technical documentation and internal tools to improve deployment scalability.
- Travel to client sites to deploy solutions and build customer relationships.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementations Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Fluency in Python.
- Experience with modern integration technologies, APIs, ETL/ELT, and enterprise authentication.
- Experience working with Sales teams in pre-sales and post-sales contexts.
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
- Ownership-oriented approach with a focus on building and improving.
- Preferred experience with AI/ML-powered automation, fintech integrations, developer tools, cloud platforms, or containerization.
