Base Salary
$150k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding from setup through integration and launch for new customers.
- Own integrations with platforms like Netsuite, SAP, and Salesforce.
- Write scripts, build automations, and develop custom solutions as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success for a seamless customer journey.
- Identify and fix inefficiencies in deployment workflows.
- Provide real-world feedback to the product team to shape the roadmap.
- Build technical documentation and internal tools for faster customer deployment.
- Travel to client sites to meet customers and deploy solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
- Fluent in Python and skilled with modern integration technologies.
- Strong ownership and a bias toward building and improving.
- Experience working with sales teams in pre- and post-sales contexts.
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
- Nice to have: Experience with AI/ML-powered automation and fintech integrations.
