Base Salary
$149k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and feature lifecycle for Life Sciences process blueprints and reusable AI-native accelerators.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and automation opportunities across HCP/HCO engagement, field force operations, clinical operations, and revenue cycle processes.
- Map customer requirements and build, test, validate, and iterate automated solutions using Agentforce and Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.
- Translate strategic goals and customer requirements into PRDs, user stories, technical acceptance criteria, solution architecture, demonstrations, and implementation guidance.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize sprints, and drive delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Conduct customer interviews and quantitative analysis, communicate customer insights to Product Engineering and Product Management, and support rollout and enablement across internal and partner teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, customer-facing teams, GDC delivery resources, and systems integrator partners on technical feasibility, user experience, compliance, and adoption.
Requirements
- 3 to 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Process Automation, Business Analysis, or Solutions Consulting.
- Experience building or deploying external-facing products in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience with workflow mapping, process modeling, process improvement, and regulated-industry or Life Sciences applications.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into structured automated workflows or solutions.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools, workflow builders, AI prompting, or low/no-code platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams and rigorously manage product backlogs and delivery.
- Preferred experience includes Life Sciences commercial operations, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Agentforce, prompt design, Salesforce APIs and Data Cloud, regulated-industry compliance, network effects, Lean or Six Sigma certification, and Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech experience.
