Senior Software Engineer, Revenue Recapture

Base Salary
$167k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Revenue Recapture product.
- Design and build end-to-end automation for dispute data ingestion, decisioning, filing, tracking, and resolution.
- Develop scalable and reliable backend services in Java and front-end experiences for dispute status, outcomes, and insights.
- Increase automation and recovery win rates through experimentation and success metrics.
- Maintain reliability and quality through sound architecture, automated testing, observability, uptime, and resilience.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Operations, and Support to turn customer feedback into product and engineering improvements.
Requirements
- Strong backend experience building reliable distributed systems and integrations in Java.
- Ability to contribute across the stack, including front-end development.
- Demonstrated ownership from design through long-term support and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, handle ambiguity, and deliver in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical ideas, trade-offs, and plans to technical and non-technical audiences, including through design documents.
- Commitment to high-quality code, robustness, automation, testing, observability, and service uptime.
