Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements and collaborate with clients across domains and industries.
- Produce high-quality solution designs addressing business and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain reliable, reusable code using best practices and design patterns.
- Conduct unit and manual testing and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, then devise and implement troubleshooting solutions.
- Work in an agile international environment with colleagues in Warsaw and across Europe.
- Plan and organize work and accurately report issues and progress.
- Identify areas for personal development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant IT specialization.
- At least 1–3 years of commercial .NET development experience after graduation.
- Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with design and architectural patterns, data modeling, and modern system development.
- Flexibility and openness to working with different technology platforms and tools.
- Strong willingness to improve programming skills and take on new IT challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
