Base Salary
$195k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical direction and roadmap for Pricing.
- Lead the design and development of systems optimizing borrower-lender matching.
- Collaborate with ML scientists to enhance pricing models.
- Guide the architectural evolution of Pricing engineering systems.
- Drive alignment across complex technical requirements and designs.
- Prototype and roll out new technologies to foster innovation.
- Mentor and develop technical leaders within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience building highly scalable systems.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in building flexible and consistent APIs.
- Strong grasp of software development principles for scalable systems.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or C++.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
- Track record of mentoring and developing technical leaders.
