Responsibilities

  • Design and build conversational AI agents, copilots, automations, and AI-powered applications using low-code platforms and agent-builder frameworks.
  • Rapidly turn loosely defined ideas and business problems into functional proof-of-concepts and iterate based on feedback.
  • Integrate agents and applications with enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs.
  • Apply engineering practices including error handling, evaluation, security, and access considerations in low-code environments.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to scope use cases and select low-code or custom-code implementation approaches.
  • Provision, configure, develop against, deploy, and operate cloud resources and services end-to-end.

Requirements

  • Hands-on proficiency with at least one low-code AI or automation platform such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Azure AI Foundry.
  • Experience with at least one AI agent-builder platform such as Lyzr, Moveworks, or a comparable agentic or RAG builder platform.
  • Prior software development experience in at least one programming language, including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Java.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype functional applications using AI-assisted development and fast iteration.
  • Strong hands-on command of cloud concepts on at least one major provider: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Ability to independently provision, configure, develop against, deploy, and operate cloud resources and services.
  • Preferred: experience across multiple relevant platforms, familiarity with RAG, prompt design, agent orchestration, connectors, APIs, and MCP.
  • Preferred: exposure to identity and access, data handling, AI usage policies, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, or equivalent enterprise ecosystems.
