Base Salary

$213k - $273k/yr

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end technical vision for the RBVM and its supporting services.
Translate ambiguous product and business goals into concrete technical strategies.
Contribute production code and set standards for design and code quality.
Lead architectural decisions for scalable backend systems.
Drive execution across multiple projects, identifying risks and dependencies.
Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Mentor and develop engineers by providing feedback and technical coaching.
Support hiring efforts by attracting and interviewing strong engineering talent.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
1–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience building backend services using modern languages like Python, Go, or Java.
Familiarity with SQL and at least one relational database in production.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong technical leadership experience and ability to influence without formal authority.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
