Base Salary
$164k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities including demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Lead the technical and product sale, recommending best-practice solutions to customers.
- Establish trust with customers by understanding their technical pains and presenting innovative solutions.
- Build and present engaging product demonstrations to showcase Twilio’s capabilities.
- Document team needs and propose strategies for implementation.
- Contribute to the Presales Engineering community through knowledge sharing and creating reusable materials.
- Mentor less experienced Presales Engineers and act as a facilitator or team leader.
- Present at industry and internal events.
Requirements
- 12+ years of pre-sales experience with complex technical products or customer-facing technical support.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product ROI.
- Ability to understand customer communications needs and guide them to technical solutions.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and thought leadership.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience with cloud platforms and technologies related to Telecom, SIP, or Contact Centers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with partners such as channel or system integrators.
- Proven experience integrating AI productivity tools into workflows.
