Base Salary

$164k - $227k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities including demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Lead the technical and product sale, recommending best-practice solutions to customers.
  • Establish trust with customers by understanding their technical pains and presenting innovative solutions.
  • Build and present engaging product demonstrations to showcase Twilio’s capabilities.
  • Document team needs and propose strategies for implementation.
  • Contribute to the Presales Engineering community through knowledge sharing and creating reusable materials.
  • Mentor less experienced Presales Engineers and act as a facilitator or team leader.
  • Present at industry and internal events.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of pre-sales experience with complex technical products or customer-facing technical support.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product ROI.
  • Ability to understand customer communications needs and guide them to technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and thought leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and technologies related to Telecom, SIP, or Contact Centers.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with partners such as channel or system integrators.
  • Proven experience integrating AI productivity tools into workflows.
