Responsibilities
- Own feature areas end to end from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
- Design, build, and ship production-ready OIG features focused on correctness, reliability, and performance.
- Deliver bug fixes and address customer-reported issues.
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and uphold high engineering standards.
- Partner with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams on development and deployment work.
- Architect and evolve access governance features across multiple personas and collaborate across engineering, product, and design.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience and the ability to independently own complex production features.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale distributed systems for enterprise customers.
- Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and data modeling at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Go, or equivalent JVM/cloud-native languages.
- Experience influencing technical alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders without formal authority.
- Experience designing systems that meet enterprise reliability, scalability, and security requirements, including multi-tenancy, high availability, audit logging, and RBAC/ABAC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with identity, access management, governance, or IAM/IGA products is preferred.
- Familiarity with workflow engines or approval and routing systems is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and observability tooling is preferred.
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
