Responsibilities

Design and implement production-grade Python services with clean architecture and strong engineering discipline.
Architect scalable distributed systems using Domain-Driven Design principles.
Integrate with external SaaS systems including CRMs, dialers, meeting tools, and OAuth providers.
Optimize the performance, latency, cost, and reliability of AI-driven systems.
Build and orchestrate LLM-powered agents for planning, reasoning, tool usage, and memory.
Develop internal frameworks for agent coordination, tool execution, memory layers, and event-driven workflows.
Collaborate with AI engineers, product, founders, and stakeholders to transform sales workflows into autonomous processes.
Use AI coding assistants and experiment with AI-augmented development workflows.

7+ years of backend engineering experience.
Advanced Python expertise, including asynchronous programming, typing, architecture patterns, and testing.
Experience designing scalable distributed systems.
Ability to design well-architected systems and write clean, maintainable, high-quality code focused on performance.
Experience with GCP or AWS, with GCP preferred.
Interest in building systems that can reason and take action.
Active use of AI coding assistants and interest in AI-augmented engineering.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with strong ownership.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with Product, Design, Business, and users.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
