Responsibilities

Implement and integrate security technologies for scalable, resilient, and standards-aligned enterprise environments.
Evaluate and recommend security tools, platforms, and services.
Translate security requirements into technical designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams on secure system and application deployments.
Develop and maintain security standards, policies, and reference architectures.
Mentor junior security staff and promote organizational security awareness.

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years of experience in information security engineering, IT security, or related technical roles.
Proven experience designing and architecting security solutions for enterprise-scale environments.
Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, IAM, PAM, cloud security platforms, DLP, and firewalls.
Strong understanding of Azure, AWS, or GCP and hybrid identity environments such as Entra ID/Azure AD and on-premises AD.
Experience supporting technology implementation projects where security requirements were central to success.
Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, SOX, and NYDFS frameworks or regulations.
Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, insurance, or healthcare.
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and secure SDLC.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or GIAC, or equivalent.
Strong communication skills for presenting complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
